- HIPPA Law
- Prevention of abuse
- Fire safety/Evacuation plan
- 12 hrs of continuing education credits annually.

Hilda Provider/Owner
With nearly three decades of healthcare experience, Hilda brings unmatched dedication and compassion to senior care. She has been a foster home operator in Hawaii (2004–2015) and the owner/provider of Broadview Senior Care AFH in Seattle, WA (2017–2021). Now as the Owner and Administrator of Lola’s Senior Care LLC, she continues her mission of creating a warm, supportive environment where seniors can thrive.
Beyond her professional role, Hilda enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, hiking, and spending time in nature. Her passion for caregiving and her personal love for nurturing others shine through in everything she does.

Louie, OTRMaintenance / Administrator Assistant
Louie has more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist, along with extensive caregiving experience in home settings. Married to Hilda for 22 years, he shares her passion for serving and supporting seniors with dignity and respect.
In addition to his healthcare background, Louie assists with administrative duties and helps ensure the home environment is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor adventures, hiking, playing golf, and appreciating the beauty of nature.

Leannah, CNACare Staff / Activity Coordinator
Leannah, the daughter of Hilda and Louie, carries on her family’s commitment to compassionate care. She graduated from high school with an Associate Degree in Nursing and is currently pursuing her nursing degree at Pacific Seattle University. Alongside her studies, she works part-time on weekends as part of the care team at Lola’s Senior Care LLC.
As an Activity Coordinator, Leannah brings creativity and energy into daily routines, helping residents stay engaged, active, and happy. In her free time, she enjoys reading books and continuing her own learning journey.
